There is _another_ repository, which actually serves the thing, under personal-software/packages-wendt-io

Unresolved:

  translation files are being pulled, eg on touch-pi, 

Workaround:
echo 'Acquire::Languages "none";' > /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99no-translations
